Teenage bedroom.

We were tasked with overhauling a teenage boy’s bedroom as he had outgrown the room’s decor and needed a larger bed. The room is south facing and therefore quite dark so we embraced the lack of light and painted it a dark navy blue to give the room a moody, cosy feeling and highlight the beautiful original pressed metal ceiling. We then custom made an upholstered bed in a felted wool fabric with navy blanket stitch edging detail along with custom desk, shelving unit joinery with in built task and bedside lighting. Finally, we sourced new linen, cushions and floor lamp to finish the space.
