Balmoral Beach.

We were briefed to provide an external colour scheme as part of the refurbishment of this beachside property. Consideration was given to the period of the property being an original federation home with a modern rear extension. A warm grey was chosen to tie in with the colour of the sandstone cladding whilst also being sympathetic to surrounding properties and the streetscape. Off white for the trim and darker grey was chosen for guttering and under the eaves to highlight the roofline of the modern rear extension. A rust finish was applied to the large entrance doorway to provide visual interest.
